...and a friendly welcome from sisters, Agathe and Sophie! And then there's Philippe Riboulleau, he's passionate about his region and a walking encyclopedia on the Vercors plateau. He knows all the best trails, the interesting sites... and he's our guide for the day!
It is quite incredible how this wooden eco-house melts into the landscape. Everything about Philippe's house complies with the idea of sustainable development.
When you're there, whether all year round or just for the holidays, respecting the environment is sure to become second nature; I found out about wood chip stoves, rainwater harvesting systems and Philippe's extraordinary green roof!
Agathe and Sophie's home is so quiet and relaxing. Before setting off for a walk in the snow, Nathalie decides to spend some time in the sauna... a comforting treat before some physical effort! As for me, I decide to finish my fresh roast coffee in the sitting-room and then I'll go out and get some fresh air...
